Measuring and monitoring
The code included in the cheese mark enables better measuring and monitoring of the size, weight, water and salt content of the cheese as well as its exterior during the production process in the factory. Instead of a code comprising a combination of figures you can also opt for a data matrix, which can be read out automatically by specific cameras.

Quality within the specifications
The cheese mark makes it easier to produce the cheese within the specifications set. At several points along the production line the code may be read and the cheese can be measured for shape, size, surface quality or sampled for fat and water content. Recording the code and linking it to the measuring data will enable you to control the quality of the cheese within the specifications set.
